PSFCC represents the three precincts in Glenrothes of Pitteuchar, Stenton & Finglassie
The Community Council is normally elected every three years, and members are drawn from people who are registered on the Fife Council voters' roll. Meetings are open to all residents of the council ward area, and volunteers are encouraged to help in the various projects undertaken by the group.
